Manchester United and Newcastle are keeping a close eye on Nottingham Forest central midfielder Elliott Anderson.

As reported Sky Sport Deutschland journalist Florian Plettenberg, both clubs have already announced their interest in the 22-year-old English player.

Forest are aware of the fact that other teams are interested, but do not intend to let go of the talented midfielder easily.

According to the source, the club valued Anderson, who does not have a fixed clause in his contract, at more than £100-120m.
