Despite several chances from both sides, neither team managed to convert their chances. The reliable play of the defensive lines and caution in the approaches to the opponent’s goal became the key factors in the goalless draw.
After three rounds, Tottenham have five points and so far hold their place in the play-off zone, while Monaco have just two points and no wins at this stage.
In the next round, on November 4, “Spurs” will play against Copenhagen, and “Monegasque” will host Bude-Glimt on the same day.
