Marseille striker Mason Greenwood caught the attention of Barcelona with his impressive performance in France. According to TBR Football, the scouting department of the Catalan club watched the Englishman during the match against Le Havre, in which the 24-year-old forward made a poker run to help his team win 6-2.
Barcelona’s interest in Greenwood is not new – the Spanish giants paid attention to him back in the 2023/24 season, when the striker was on loan at Getafe.
Greenwood already has 7 goals and 4 assists in 10 appearances for Marseille in all competitions this season. According to Transfermarkt, the market value of the player is 40 million euros.
