Roma’s Ukrainian striker Artem Dovbyk said that he was close to leaving the Roman club in the summer. His words are quoted by ZBIRNA.

“Actually, Milan were the closest, so everything was decided a few hours before the end of the transfer window.

Of course, there were many conversations with Roma management. They explained their side to me, I accepted it. We decided that we are moving on, now we have a new season and we need to adjust to it.
