The 18-year-old Turkish talent thanked the Italian specialist for their difficult period, when he had to wait for his chance on the field.
“Carlo Acholotti is one of the best coaches in history. It should not be forgotten that he said to the press that one day I was one of the best midfielders in the world,” Guler said.
Arda also mentioned the son of Ancholotti – David, who was part of the coaching staff of Real.
“David always tried to help me. I am grateful to him. When I didn’t play it, it was difficult, but it fueled my ambition: I was waiting for my time.”
