“I adapt very quickly here. There are many Balkan players in the team, so they helped me better and faster to adapt. The whole team as a whole helped and for that I am very grateful to everyone.
I communicated before moving to a club with a little pain. Why with him, you ask? Because he is also from Bosnia and Herzegovina. He learned about the situation in the country, about my future club. He told me everything. He said that the team is wonderful, promising. Yes, there is a war and it’s very sorry. We also went through all this. But life continues. In addition, moving to a new country is a challenge for me.
The first air anxiety? It was something new. When I heard air alarm for the first time, it was unusual, scary, but then, like all the people around in Ukraine, I got used to it and now it is calm.
I knew nothing about Ukraine before moving. Now I see the country living in Kiev. It’s a very wonderful city. Very happy to live and be here. Kyiv, to me, is similar to the city of Sarajevo – the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Also many people, many cars. The fact that there is a curfew in Ukraine in no way influenced me. I am a family person, so I am not interested in nightlife.
I have never played in a large stadium like arena-Lviv before. It’s something incredible. When you see and play in stadiums with such infrastructure, you forget that there is a war in Ukraine. I wish all Ukrainians that the war will end as soon as possible and in each of your cities there is peace.
When I compared the Ukrainian Championship with the Bosnia Championship, I came to this conclusion – teams play faster. There are a lot of struggle in Bosnia, many duels during the match, joints. Against you play fairly tightly. In my opinion, it is easier for me, for me, in this regard, it is easier to play in Ukraine, because there is space, there is an opportunity and time to create and invent something.
The dawn has a good, young team. In my opinion – we need more courage while playing, be tougher, more believe in ourselves. These qualities will help us progress. It is also important that if you are wrong somewhere, somewhere you did not play as you wanted, then you need to stop, work further, believe that we will succeed.
