Former Mexican football player Omar Bravo, the most effective player in the history of Guadalahar Club, was detained on suspicion of sexual abuse of a minor. The information was confirmed by the Halisko Prosecutor’s Office in the west of Mexico, Mundo Deportvo reports.

According to the investigation, Bravo has mocked a teenage girl several times in recent months, and could have taken such actions earlier. The football player was transferred to the courtroom in Puente-Grande prison, where he will be completed by the investigation aimed at establishing all the circumstances.

Omar Bravo was a member of the Mexico national team, which won the Gold Cup in 2003 and 2009. At the Guadalahar Club, he became a legend, scoring 160 goals and becoming the best scorer in the history of the team.
