New owners bought 80% of Monzi shares, another 20% will go into their possession in the summer of 2026. The total cost of the agreement was 45 million euros. One of the key decisions after changing the leadership was the farewell to Gauliani, who headed the club after the death of Silvio Berlusconi in June 2023.
