FIFA will unite September and October breaks in the match of the national team in one window starting from next year. About it reports the Spanish edition of Eldesmarque.

According to the source, since 2026 September and October, international breaks will be combined into one three -year, while the November International Window will remain unchanged.

In particular, the first autumn international break of 2026 is scheduled for the period from September 21 to October 6. It will last 16 days, which corresponds to three weeks without club football. Each team will play a maximum of four matches instead of the current two.

This plan has been approved at least by 2030.
