West Hem officially announced the signing of a new contract with the goalkeeper Lukash Fabian. The Polish guard of the goal will remain at the club until the summer of 2026.

Fabian is already well familiar to the fans of the “hammers”. During the previous seven seasons, he spent 216 matches, won the Hammer of the Year award in 2019 as a result of the voting of the fans and raised the UEFA conferences Trophy in 2023.

Fabian stressed that he was ready to help the team not only on the field but also in the locker room: “I have always set team goals above personal. I am here to support high standards, share experiences and work for the benefit of the team. My role is now different, but I take it with full responsibility.”

Graham Potter head coach also greeted the Polish veteran: “We are very glad that Lukash is with us again. He remains a top volume and a great professional. His authority and character will be an example for young players. This signing makes sense for everyone.”
