The Royal Football Federation of Spain (RFEF) has announced the launch of a new format of communication between arbitrators, clubs and fans. Starting on September 11, the Technical Committee of Arbitrators (CTA) will publish a video weekly with the explanation of the most controversial judicial decisions in La League, Segunda and Women’s League F.

Video materials will appear every Thursday on the official resources of RFEF. The main purpose of reform is to increase transparency in the work of arbitrators and to improve the understanding of their actions by players, coaches and fans.

The selection of episodes for analysis will be responsible for the newly created external advisory committee, which includes experienced coaches by Jose Luis Oltra, Jose Ramon Sandoval, Jose Luis Sanchez Vira and the former striker of the Spanish national team Fernando Morendtes.

The Committee will analyze the controversial points weekly, and then pass the selected episodes to the management of the technical committee of arbitrators for the preparation of video explanations.
