Left Bank – Kudrovka, UPL TB August 23, 2025, 20:20

In the next match of the 1/32 finals of the Cup of Ukraine at the Left Bank stadium, the local club met with the debutant of the UPL – the Kudrivka team. The 2025/26 Left Bank is held in the first league, having won six points for three starting tours, defeating the breakdown of Gorodenko and Victoria. Kudrovka, in turn, shows a confident start in the Premier League, winning two victories in three rounds-over Alexandria and Poltava.

For all 90 minutes, both teams showed a flat game, creating moments at both gates. The main time ended without scored balls – 0: 0.

The penalty series was unmistakable for the hosts: the left shore sold all three strokes from 11 meters, and Kudrovka could not hit the opponent’s gate. Thus, the left shore was held in the 1/16 finals of the Cup of Ukraine, and Kudrovka leaves the tournament at the stage 1/32.

Last season, when the situation was the opposite (the left shore performed in UPL, and Kudrovka – in the first league), it was Kudrovka who celebrated the 3: 2 victory at this stage of the tournament. This year the roles have changed, and we can talk about a kind of “revenge” of the left bank.
