The 18-year-old U-19 national team has moved from Direnamo Dresden.

Bogdanov will train with the first Union team and play for the U-19. In the 2023/24 season he scored 27 goals and made 7 assistants in 31 matches at the youth level, and made his debut in the third league of Germany.
“This is a great opportunity for me. I want to progress step by step and justify the club’s confidence,” the football player said.
Dmitry is a pupil of Kyiv Dynamo, he moved to Germany in 2022 with his family in 2022, after which he joined the Dynamo Dresden Academy.
At the youth level, Bogdanov played for the national teams of Ukraine U-17 and U-19. In 2024 he reached the U-19 team to the semifinals of the euro.
