Lisbon sports striker Viktor Decheresh this summer was the main goal for several top clubs in Europe, however, as it became known the day before, the Arsenal London managed to agree on all the details with the Portuguese club on the 27-year-old Swedish transfer.

According to Insider Fabrizio Romano, the Lisbon club, through intermediaries, offered Manchester United a chance to intercept his player’s transfer from canonicals, on the background of which he delayed his moving to Emirates.

However, despite the interest of the Mankunians, Decheresh has made it clear from the very beginning that he wanted to join the London Club. Because of this, Manchester United did not even make an official proposal.

The arsenal has already agreed all details of the future contract with the Swedish forward and plans to announce the transfer in the near future.
