“I recently celebrated my birthday, I was 33 years old. The team greeted well. The head coach gave me a book. I think that everyone who has a child should read it. The book is called” How to talk to a child. “The boys organized a corridor and the coach did two workouts.

I feel quite young as if I were 20 or 23 years old. I didn’t even think about the fact that I am in the Carpathians now. I have a lot of experience, I saw a little more than other guys. However, the football field is all equal.

In the tenth grade, when I went from my hometown Izmail to the Black Sea in a sports boarding school, I realized that the goalkeeper of my age is much stronger and stronger than me. And if I want to achieve something, then I need to do a lot, to train more to get to a certain level. Then I started training extra.

When I signed the first contract in Chernomorets when I graduated from school, I lived on the base and always engaged in the gym in the evening. Subsequently, I was already suggested by partners from the first team, coaches. Then I chose my personal coach. I also studied for a fitness trainer. I was wondering how it was working. When I passed the courses, it became easier for me to perform the exercises and I rejected many exercises because they did not need football players at all, but the goalkeeper and the rush. In the gym, I rest with football, training there, I get a lot of energy that helps in life.

I always dreamed my parents see my matches on TV. It was one of the main goals in life – so they could watch my matches in a small town and enjoy me. When I studied at school and went to football, I was asked who I would be in the future. I replied that a sailor as a father. Subsequently, I said that he was a goalkeeper. All my friends and friends are sailors. I thought if I didn’t go out with football, then I would go to the sea. My father told me more about this profession. It is very difficult – many risks and difficult work.

My son went to football a little more than six months ago. When he started playing football, he sometimes played in the field, and sometimes he went on the goal. I told him that it was not necessary to be a goalkeeper. Play in the field, especially, you are only seven years old. Know goals and enjoy it. He is not yet the age when you need to choose a position on the football field. Later, he will choose his role, or the coach will tell you where he is best played.

Now he is an attacker, but at home he puts on my gloves, gives me a ball and gets in the door, that I will throw a ball to him, and he will jump after him. When Vasily has free time, he looks at all about football. The son knows more football players than I do. The most important thing he likes is, I am very glad. I try to do my best to make it like it. When I come home, we go to the football playground.

I always believed in my strength and worked a lot. When I was in the second league, I was told that I had very little chance of being in UPL – one per million. They said I would not get there. I believed that everything would work out for me.

When I made his debut in Dnipro-1, it was a little dream that came true. I realized that I needed to work and develop more. From the Dnieper-1 I moved to the original crystal. I was not afraid of this, but there was a moment that after the Dnieper-1 I was left without a team. Then he went to the Kherson Club, which was in the last place in the standings, but I wanted to play football and realized that I had a certain level that would allow me to return to UPL for the right work.
