In group A play Sambir-Niva-2 (Ternopil), Bukovina-2 (Chernivtsi), Vilkhivtsi, Kulik-Probel, Polesie-2 (Zhytomyr), Real Madrid, Pharma (Odesa), Niva (Vinnytsia), Rock 1911 (Stryi), Uzhgorod, Lisno and Athlete (Kiev).
Group B includes: Girnyk-Sport (Horishni Plavni), Dinaz (Vyshgorod), Kolos-2 (Kovalivka), Left Bank-2 (Kiev), Lokomotiv (Kiev), Metallurg (Zaporizhzhia), Alexandria-2, Penuel (Kryvyi Rih), Trostyanets, Sea (Petropavka).
This year, the second league was replenished with four debutants – athlete, FC Lisne, Rebel and Penuel. At the same time, Dinaz and Metallurg, which lost their place in the first league, fell into the division. Season 2025/26 will be held without the participation of the revives 1908 and silica.
