The new head coach Ivan Fedyk commented on his appointment at the Lviv Club.

“Feeling is very pleasant. Thankful club management for trust. It’s a really new challenge for me. Let’s do everything that young players progress and go to a new level.

My first assistants will be Valentin Slyusar and Yaroslav Martyniuk. The goalkeeper will be Andrey Kovtun. We worked with these experts last season in the team-2 team. We will also join us with physical training coach Oleg Konononin, who previously worked with the U-19 team. At the same time, the coaching staff will remain a video analyst Victor Chizhik.

I have already worked with many football players who are in the team. Someone with me made his debut in UPL, someone was constantly training with us three years ago. Then they were very young. It is gratifying that the foundation we have laid now gives the result and many of the players protect colors, including national national teams of Ukraine.

This is important because almost everyone knows our requirements and principles. Understand the attacking football, which we strive to demonstrate. Also, some players who have shown themselves in motion-2 will have the opportunity to show themselves at a meeting with the main team.

Goals and objectives from club management? Our main task is to bring young football players to a new level. Help them to reveal their potential as possible. Demonstrate attack football based on the control of the ball and rapid transitional phases, as well as get a positive result in each game.

On June 23, the team will come on the base and start training in two -time mode. We plan to play nine sparring. Almost all control matches are already planned. It remains to reconcile certain details, after which the club will report future rivals on its information resources.

Personnel situation in the team? Football always needs gain. Transfers will be if the club for one or another position is very needed by a player. However, the movement is at the moment on young Academy football players.

I think that in order to play in the main team you need to earn it. We will not artificially do this. The football player should, in the U-19 or U-17 team, prove daily, which deserves the right to train or play for the main team. But the vector of trust in both the club and the coaching staff will be a priority for young players of the Academy. The players of both the U-19 movements and the pupils of the younger categories of the Academy, who will be able to show themselves in training, will hold a meeting.

The meeting is always hard physical labor. But do not forget that we also need to play the composition and if we talk about attacking football, it requires more work in terms of understanding the game. Therefore, there is a lot of work on how we prepare at the meeting will depend on our game in the championship, “-the club’s press service suggests.
