The agreement with the 20-year-old Italian is calculated until the summer of 2030, with the possibility of extension for another season.
According to Insider Fabrizio Romano, the transfer amount was about 17.5 million euros.
Kayode has been in favor of Brentford from January this year on lease. He has 12 matches and one goal.
Brentford finished in the ninth place in the APL.
