The head coach of the epicenter Sergey Nagornyak commented last season, as a result of which the team won the permit for UPL, becoming the first league champion.

“I want to thank our armed forces of Ukraine, thanks to which we had the opportunity to achieve such a result. I am grateful to the shareholders of the group of companies Epicenter K, managers, coaching staff, staff, players and fans. This is a common success, we became the creators of such history. The championship finishes, at least, we will not have the feeling in four than last season. To talk about the defeat of the Scala in 1911, as they say, the first pancake seemed to be confessed.

Our team, I and leaders have never given any interviews, which would say that we had the task of going to the Premier League, as some other teams did. We frankly spoke this task only in a small circle. And it was my initiative, I did not want to take our plans into the public plane, so as not to create unnecessary pressure on guys. President Ivan Chernogonog told the players: “Guys, we have a task-the Premier League.” And we sat down together, talked and agreed that we would make every effort to complete the task. But we do not advertise him. And every day they worked to achieve the goal.

Everyone had my vision and thought and I was not going to convince them in words. Our business is to go to the football field and bring everything there. Frankly, I rarely read something and listen to who said or said about us. These players look. But I always adjust them to what we need to complete the task, we need to do this or so, we go our own way. I am glad to reach the football players.

Throughout the season, the stadium was filled as much as possible, we had incredible support. This is very stimulating, because we play for fans. Even the teams that came to us said that we have a real football atmosphere. We went, cheered, supported. It’s very nice.

We plan to gather on June 20-21 on our base in Dunaivtsi. We will hold a meeting there. Home sparring will play in Kamianets-Podilskyi, but we will inform them later. As for the changes in the warehouse, we have not decided everything until the end. As I said earlier, the percent of 70 players will continue to stand for the epicenter. We have enough young guys who are ambitious and deserved to play the Premier League and this is their dream. With their work, they proved that they are worthy to speak in UPL. But they do not understand what the responsibility is. Of course, it is necessary to increase, and it will be. We need to strengthen in many areas – both in the organizational structure and in complete set. But frankly – now Ukrainian football players are weighing in gold. We went the way that the young boys took, and someone in two, and someone reached the Premier League in three years. And now the guys, who are 23-25 ​​years old, at such an age in which they have to play in UPL.

First of all, the players were revealed through their work. We only sent them. I always explain something to them, make such small lectures on different topics, speak as friends, give advice. It may have worked too.

Let me not say that next season we will get a trip to the European Cups? Of course, we have a task, but not. We need to get fixed in the Premier League. That’s where we will work on it, “-the word Nagornyak suggests the club’s press service.
