Manchester City filed a new lawsuit against the APL, accusing the League of unfair interpretation of the rules in favor of Arsenal, Brighton, Everton and Lester.

City insists that these clubs have received significant loans from its shareholders – Arsenal (£ 259 million), Brighton (£ 406.5 million), Everton (£ 450 million) and Lester (£ 265 million). Manchester City states that these financial infusions are not amenable to the same strict control as sponsorship agreements related to club owners, which creates economic inequality and discrimination.

Earlier, an independent tribunal recognized some APL rules for related parties (APT) “invalid and non -fulfilled.” However, City claims that the League illegally tried to change these rules, which, in their view, continues economic discrimination and discrimination. The club also criticizes the APL in the absence of consultations with independent experts in the estimation of the market value of shareholders’ loans and for the accelerated period to convert these loans into capital.

Earlier it was reported that Manchester City aimed at a young Talent PSG.
