Mexican club Leon has announced the signing of attacking midfielder James Rodriguez.
James spent the first part of the season in the Spanish Rayo Vallecano, but after six matches, he asked the club to terminate his contract by mutual consent.
The Colombian has signed a contract with the Mexican club until the end of 2025 with an option to extend for another year.
Next year, Leon will participate in the World Club Championship, where it will play in the same group with Brazilian Flamengo, Tunisian Esperance and English Chelsea.
