A statement appeared on the official website of La Liga regarding the decision of the Higher Sports Council of Spain (CSD) to allow Barcelona to temporarily register two of its performers.

The organizers of the Spanish championship said that the relevant resolution was adopted without the transfer of an appeal, so the arguments put forward by the players and the club are currently unknown to them.

“The content of the decision will be carefully studied in order to file appropriate appeals to express their absolute disagreement with it. In addition to the above, the decision of the Monitoring Committee of the Coordination Agreement of RFEF and La Liga reflects the previous agreement of La Liga to refuse the issuance of a preliminary registration and the RFEF a final license to Dani Olmo and Pau Victor, which is explained in the protocol itself their careers, which is a matter we will study when the report is handed to us,” La Liga’s official website said.

It was previously reported that the decision of the CSD is not final, therefore it is not known whether Olmo and Victor will be able to represent the “Blaugranas” until the very end of the current campaign.
