LOSS OF THE ENEMY

MAIN NEWS (hromadske) – Russia attacked public transport in Kherson: one person died and nine were injured

– Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau left the post of leader of the Liberal Party and said that he will resign as soon as a new head of the political force is found.

INFORMATION FROM THE GENERAL STAFF OF THE ARMY REGARDING THE SITUATION AT THE FRONT

Ukrainian defenders continue to resolutely repulse the enemy’s attempts to advance deep into our territory, inflicting effective fire damage on it, exhausting it along the entire front line.

The Russian invaders carried out 48 airstrikes, using 57 anti-aircraft missiles. In addition, the Russians used 837 kamikaze drones to destroy them and fired more than 4,000 shots at the positions of our troops and populated areas.

In the Kharkiv direction, our troops repelled three enemy attacks in the Vovchansk area. The invaders carried out airstrikes with anti-aircraft missiles in the areas of the settlements of Orishanka, Zolochiv and Uda, and airstrikes with anti-aircraft missiles hit Graniv, Kharkiv region.

In the Kupian direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our defenders three times in the areas of Synkivka, Petropavlivka, and Zagryzovo. Ukrainian defenders repelled all attacks. Artilne suffered an airstrike by the KAB.

In the Lymansky direction, Russian invaders attacked Ukrainian positions 13 times during the day near Nadia, Pershotravnevo, Terni, Yampolivka, Zarichny, and Makiivka. Currently, two battles are taking place. In the Kramatorsk direction, four combat clashes have been recorded near Chasovoy Yar, Bila Hora and in the direction of Stupochy, all attacks have been stopped. The enemy attacked Stupochky with unguided aircraft missiles.

In the Toretsk direction, the Russians attacked the positions of the Defense Forces eight times. The occupiers concentrated their main offensive efforts near Shcherbynivka and Toretsk. Currently, one battle continues. The enemy carried out airstrikes with anti-aircraft missiles in the areas of Katerynivka, Toretsk, Oleksandr-Kalynovoy and Oleksandr-Shultyny.

Since the beginning of this day, in the Pokrovsky direction, invading units have tried 40 times to break through our defenses near the settlements of Myrolyubivka, Promin, Sukhy Yar, Pishchane, Kotlyne, Ukrainka, Yasenove, Novoelizavetivka, Tarasivka, Elizavetivka, Lysivka, Zelene, Novy Trud and Pokrovsk. So far, 10 clashes are ongoing. Oleksandropil, Tarasivka and Grodivka were hit by airstrikes in the direction.

The enemy is suffering significant losses – today in this direction, Ukrainian soldiers neutralized 375 occupiers, 185 of them – irreversibly. Also destroyed were three cars, the control antenna of the UAV, three motorcycles, three buggies, three artillery systems, two vehicles and two enemy guns were damaged.

The enemy is also active in the Kurakhivka direction – 25 times it attacked our positions near Slovianka, Srybny, Andriivka, Petropavlivka, Kurakhovo and Dachnoy, two battles continue. In the area of ​​Andriivka, the enemy dropped two anti-tank missiles.

In the Vremivsk direction, the invaders carried out 13 offensive actions near Konstantinopol, Yantarny, Dachny, and Konstantinopol. The two clashes are still ongoing. The enemy carried out airstrikes in the areas of settlements of Novopil, Oleksiivka, Velika Novosilka and Kostiantynopol.

In the Orihiv direction, our troops repelled one enemy attack near Novodanilivka. The enemy attacked Stepnohorsk with NARs.

In the Dnieper direction, the aggressor attacked the positions of our troops once to no avail.

In the Kursk region, Ukrainian defenders repelled 44 enemy attacks, and another 42 clashes are still ongoing.

In other areas, the situation has not undergone significant changes.

Today, it is worth celebrating the soldiers of the 108th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade and the 124th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade, who steadfastly restrained the onslaught of overwhelming enemy forces at the front.

The second is the Kursk operation. Today is exactly five months since the beginning of our actions in Kurshchyna, and we are maintaining a buffer zone on Russian territory, actively destroying Russian military potential there. During the Kursk operation, the enemy lost already more than 38 thousand of its soldiers – only in this one direction, of them about 15 thousand – irrevocably. The Russians have transferred their strong units to Kurshchyna, soldiers from North Korea are involved there. It is important that the occupier cannot now direct all this force to our other directions, in particular to Donetsk region, in particular against Sumy, in particular to Kharkiv region or Zaporizhzhia. I thank all our soldiers who are bringing the war home to Russia and giving more security and more strength to Ukraine. Today I held a meeting with international experts – planning our meetings and negotiations for January. We speed up the supply of weapons to Ukraine and work for new and longer-term relations with partners. We are preparing good diplomatic news for Ukraine.
