Iranian striker Shahab Zahedi is well known to Ukrainian fans for his performances in Donetsk Olimpic and Luhansk Zora.

However, at the beginning of a full-scale invasion, the 29-year-old performer left the “black and white” team, after which his wanderings began on leases in the Hungarian Puskas Academy, Iranian Persepolis and finally in the Japanese Avispa Fukuoka.

Apparently, life on the other side of the globe seemed more attractive to the 29-year-old performer, so after the end of the loan deal at the end of last year, the clubs moved to discussing a full-fledged transfer.

According to Transfermarkt, the transfer amount was 500 thousand. euros, while the contract was signed until 2025.

The Iranian has already managed to play 31 matches for the Japanese team, starting in March 2024, scoring 9 goals and 2 assists.
