In the voting for this nomination, the 21-year-old Englishman was ahead of the following footballers: Nicolo Barella (Inter), Hakan Calhanoglu (Inter), Toni Kroos (retired), Dani Olmo (Barcelona), Cole Palmer (Chelsea), Rodri (Manchester City ), Federico Valverde (Real Madrid), Vitinho (PSG), Florian Wirtz (Bayer), Granit Xhaka (Bayer).

In 2024, Jude Bellingham scored 17 goals and provided 17 assists for club and country in all competitions.
