Today, December 3, the draw for the European Youth Championship 2025 (U-21) will take place, based on the results of which the Ukrainian national team will know its opponents.

The draw will take place in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, and it is scheduled to start at 20:00 Kyiv time.

16 teams will participate in the final part of the tournament, which were divided into four baskets according to their UEFA ranking. Unai Melgosa’s wards will be in the second basket.

Composition of baskets

Basket 1: Spain, England, Portugal, Netherlands.

Basket 2: Germany, France, Ukraine, Italy.

Basket 3: Denmark, Romania, Poland, Czech Republic.

Basket 4: Georgia, Slovenia, Finland, Slovakia.

As a reminder, the final tournament of Euro-2025 will be held from June 11 to 28, 2025 in eight cities of Slovakia.

According to the results of the qualifying stage, Ukraine took second place in the group, ceding the lead to England with a difference of one point.
