Liverpool are in talks with team captain Virgil van Dijk over an extension to his current deal, which runs until the summer of 2025, according to insider Nicolo Scira.
According to the source, the club wants to extend the contract with the defender until 2027.
Virgil van Dijk has made 10 appearances for Liverpool this season, scoring one goal and earning one yellow card.
