The match of the fifth round of the main stage of the Champions League between PSV of the Netherlands and Shakhtar Donetsk will be served by a Swiss team of referees. This was reported by the press service of UEFA.

38-year-old Urs Schnieder, who will be assisted by Marco Zurcher and Benjamin Zurcher, has been appointed as the main referee of the match. Sven Wlfensberger was appointed as the reserve referee.

Fedai Sun and German Bastian Dunkert will be responsible for the VAR system.

Previously, Shnieder did not cross paths with the “miners”, but served the selection match of the Conference League between Vorskla and AIK (3:2).

As a reminder, the match between PSV and Shakhtar will take place on Wednesday, November 27, at 22:00 Kyiv time.

After four rounds, Shakhtar scored four points and is in 29th place in the main stage of the Champions League, while PSV has five points and 24th place.
