Football agent Pietro Chiodi, whose client is Roma head coach Claudio Ranieri, spoke about negotiations with the Roman club. His words are quoted by Football Italia.

“We talked for hours, Claudio explained his point of view. Roma went from Special (the nickname of former Roma manager Jose Mourinho — ed.) to normal.

We had a clear feeling that the owners wanted to do something big for Roma. There was a great sincerity between Claudio and the president immediately. When everyone gets up from the negotiation table satisfied, then I have achieved my goal as an agent.
