Experienced former Japanese national team striker Miura Kazuyoshi is not thinking about ending his professional career, despite his age.

As reported Transfer News Livethe 57-year-old Japanese striker has officially announced that he plans to continue playing for Atletico Suzuki in Japan’s fourth division next season.

Next season will be Miura’s 40th anniversary as a professional football player. He is currently under contract with Yokohama of the second division, and played on loan at Atletico Suzuki.

In the 2023/24 campaign Miura Kazuyoshi spent 377 minutes in 17 matches in all competitions, in which he was not distinguished by productive actions.
