Claudio Bravo is ready to resume his career in order to return to Barcelona.

The former goalkeeper of the Catalans is ready to return to the club to replace the injured Marc-Andre ter Stegen. The German tore the ligament in his right knee in the first half of the match against Villarreal (5:1) in La Liga and will miss 7 to 9 months.

“If Barcelona calls me, I will be ready,” Bravo said.

The 41-year-old goalkeeper announced the end of his playing career at the end of August after the end of his contract with Betis. Last season, the goalkeeper played 14 matches for the club in all competitions. He also took part in the Copa America as part of the Chilean national team.
