Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr.: Dating StoryThe actors met in 1997 during the filming of the teenage thriller “I Know What You Did Last Summer”. It is interesting that they hardly interacted on the screen, but it was then that a real friendship was born between them.
“We were just friends for a long time. We had dinner together many times, but without romantic overtones. Once a mutual friend couldn’t come – and we were left alone,” the actress said in an interview with People.
After that dinner, their relationship became different. Freddie admitted that he immediately stopped going on dates with other girls and did not look for other dates. From that moment they began to be seen together more often.
