War is not an obstacle to love: which of the Ukrainian stars got married in 2024

Luxurious wedding ceremonies, tender confessions and happy smiles – all this appeared from time to time in the social networks of the newlyweds. Some weddings were modest and intimate, while others were loud celebrations that were the talk of the whole country. But all of them had one thing in common – despite the war, these couples decided to create new families and not postpone their love for later.

UNIAN has prepared a selection of Ukrainian presenters, actors and singers who decided to get married in 2024.

Volodymyr Ostapchuk and Kateryna PoltavskaBusinesswoman, blogger Kateryna Poltavska and presenter Volodymyr Ostapchuk started an affair in October 2022. The couple got married in February this year. They married secretly and refused loud celebrations. Only in March 2024, 24-year-old Poltava announced that she had married a showman. She told what the painting was like:

There were many rumors, as well as different options when, where and how. But I think it can be confirmed. I am Kateryna Ostapchuk. It was spontaneous, no one knew. Even parents. Acquaintances and friends found out today. I will show the wedding when it will be.

For 39-year-old Ostapchuk, this is already the third marriage, but for his young bride it is the first. By the way, in December of this year, the couple became parents. They had a son Timofey.

For the first time, the artist announced that he was no longer a bachelor on his birthday – March 6. The couple gave up lavish festivities and decided to simply sign at the RATS. This year they became parents for the first time. They had a son, Oscar.

“Yulia was washing the dishes in the kitchen, I just came up and said that on December 29 I will have my 20th anniversary of creative activity, and we will get married. She is washing the dishes, she says: “Okay.” I went further, she was washing the dishes. There was heavy shelling , we were awake – in the car, took a picture, went to the RAC, signed and didn’t even take a single photo near the RAC. After that, we met with friends for a bit visited with them and went to the shopping center to buy engagement rings,” the performer shared.

The couple was in a relationship for three years, and in November of this year announced that they had become a couple. The wedding took place in the United Arab Emirates, where the lovers have been living with their son since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

Vasilisa and Yurii signed up at the local RAC. Although the TV star did not reveal the details of the celebration, it was probably modest in a close circle of guests abroad.

Her chosen one was the British businessman Rees, with whom the celebrity has been in a relationship for three years. Last year, on May 16, the beloved star confessed to her. The couple decided on the same day, but already a year later, to sign. The celebration took place in Chernivtsi, and only the parents of the artist were among the guests. Later in May, the couple organized a wedding, where they invited 70 guests.

“The wedding was modest, ordinary. There were up to 70 people. Among the guests were my colleagues, all my entourage, mostly comedians. There was no stress. My friend was involved in the organization. Everything was very calm. It flew by so quickly. One evening we celebrated… Rhys paid for the wedding…” Soponaru said.

However, according to Pozitiv, a happy event in his life happened earlier, but he hid it. The dancer Yuliya Sakhnevich became the performer’s wife, with whom he has been in a relationship for three years. The couple did not hold loud parties on the occasion of the painting. And now they are preparing to become parents. Julia is pregnant with her first child.

“Actually, we showed on social networks that we got married just now, but we have been officially married for more than a year,” Zavhorodnyi said.

Then she wrote: “I did it again.” The star married a man whom she carefully hides from the public in the USA, where she has been living since the beginning of the Great War. The wedding ceremony took place on the shore of the ocean, in Las Vegas, where only the closest people of the bride and groom were present. Rumor has it that Russian actor Roman Polyansky became Gros’s husband.

He married designer Nataliya Kaminskaya after the marriage on Valentine’s Day. The lovers signed in one of the Kyiv RATS, appearing on the holiday in unusual black outfits.

The actor noted that they decided to hold the painting just the two of them, without guests, in order not to be distracted and to enjoy each other’s company as much as possible. After that, the couple went on a honeymoon. Both stars have children from previous marriages.

“We were signed up at the RATS literally in 15 minutes. By the way, there were no guests at the ceremony at all, because we wanted to spend this day just the two of us. Then we had an incredible photo session. And then we went to a country complex for two days,” he said actor.

The wedding of the humorist and his chosen one – model and actress Olga Merzlikina – took place in Lviv. They had a lot of invited star guests at the party, who followed the dress code in black and white colors, and Ihor Lastochkin was the host.

In March, Rozovy received a shrapnel wound in the head while performing a combat mission at the front. He is currently undergoing long-term rehabilitation after a complex head operation. His lover overcomes this path together with him. For now, Victor moves around in a wheelchair, but doctors predict that the comedian will be able to walk.

The most important and most valuable thing is that I love her, and she loves me,” said Felipenko.
