The model and the AFL star, 25, looked absolutely smitten after becoming betrothed earlier this month.
Annalise was an absolute golden girl on the night in a beaded shimmering number with a one-shoulder design and cut out at the midriff.
The daring thigh-high split placed her trim pins on display and the dangling beading caught the light.
The stunner added a pair of nude heels and drop earrings that matched her jewelled frock.
She was golden throughout, her tan offsetting the dress and her warm makeup and blonde bob accentuating the look.
The semi-sheer fabric put her underwear on display, and her diamond sparkler was at times camouflaged by the jewelled gown.
Annalise recently shared the moment her love Josh got down on one knee to propose.
The couple shared the good news in an Instagram post last week, with his stunning new fiancée showing off her diamond ring.
On Sunday, Annalise appeared on the Today show where she showed a clip of the romantic ocean view proposal in Greece.
‘It has been the craziest few weeks of my life. It has been so amazing,’ she said.
‘It’s been so special to kind of have that love bubble in Greece, and now come home and share it with our family and friends.
‘We’ve been, you know, so spoiled with so many beautiful messages. And we just feel so lucky. All the messages have meant so much to us.’
The pair holidayed together after the magic moment, which they shared to Instagram at the time.

The couple cuddled up close alongside a stunning sunset and a picturesque waterway.

Josh – the son of AFL star Peter Daicos – is best known for playing for Collingwood Football Club, while Annalise works as a model and is signed to top agency Vivien’s.
Annalise is also a former Miss Universe Australia 2022 runner-up, and is currently studying commerce at Deakin University.
The couple have been dating for three years and went ‘Instagram official’ in June 2021.
Josh recently recalled the moment he first met Annalise at a bar when they ‘randomly’ bumped into each other after they had been talking on Instagram.
He told 9Honey: ‘As soon as I saw her, I saw her smile and it made it so easy to go over there and talk to her, and the conversation just flowed.’
Josh said they ‘hit it off pretty quick’ and they quickly started dating, and the couple have been going strong ever since.
‘We always talk about how we’re so excited to celebrate every anniversary, but then it got to a point where we just knew that it was just gonna keep going,’ he gushed.
Speaking to the Daily Telegraph about their blossoming romance in September, Annalise added: ‘It is really nice we’re both growing as individuals and also our relationship is growing.
‘Over the past year we’ve just been recognising all the small achievements because that’s what leads to the big ones.’
