These drones are actively used in the full-scale war started by Russia.

For example, on October 19, 2023, Shrike drones attacked a Russian convoy. A total of 35 devices were involved, which destroyed eight tanks and four infantry fighting vehicles with a total cost of $19 million, writes Interesting Engineering.

For its part, the Vampire, which entered service just a month ago, is reported to have already destroyed $56 million worth of enemy assets, including warehouses, tanks, air defense systems and artillery.

Representatives of Ukraine are actively negotiating with potential investors and world leaders in the field of technology at the exhibition, seeking to expand their influence in this field.

“We are proud to be a Ukrainian manufacturer. We have two main types of drones: a small FPV drone and a larger version designed for both military and civilian purposes,” said a representative of the Ukrainian defense sector.

He added that the larger UAV is capable of carrying up to 15 kilograms of various loads. In Ukraine, these drones perform important tasks for the army, and also deliver humanitarian aid – water, food, medical equipment to places where it is dangerous to send people.

The mass media also writes that these large drones are less vulnerable to enemy radars because they fly at a low altitude. They can drop cargo without landing. The flight range is up to 15 kilometers. If the connection is lost, the drone automatically returns to the launch point, which minimizes the risk of its loss.

In addition, UAVs are equipped with satellite systems and are designed for ease of operation at a minimum production price. “All components, including software and materials, are produced in Ukraine,” the material says. And it is emphasized that, although the sale of dual-purpose products is currently limited, Ukrainian representatives at the CES 2025 exhibition want to show the world what “their skills and intelligence” are capable of.

What else is known about Ukrainian dronesEarlier, UNIAN reported that Ukraine aims to set a record in the production of drones in 2025. “The production of drones in Ukraine is more economically profitable than anywhere else. We want to set a record for the number and quality of drones,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized.

In addition, the Prime Minister of Ukraine also announced plans for the production of UAVs and missiles. In particular, he said that Volodymyr Zelenskyy ordered the production of at least 30,000 long-range drones and 3,000 missiles.
