Premiere will take place on December 4 / UNIAN’s Collage / Photo NetflixThis winter, the Netflix will be released, “The Abandons”, in which Gillian Anderson played the lead roles (“Crown”, “Hannibal”) and Lena Guide (“Game of Thrones”, “300 Spartans”).
According to Tudum, the events of the series unfold in the Washington territory of 1854, where the fate of two completely different families – wealthy and disadvantaged orphans – intersects through two crimes, a terrible secret and a piece of land under which silver is hidden. The series producer Chris Keizer (“Society”) describes the show as follows:
“This is a classic American history: border territory, two families who are fighting with each other and at the same time love each other, the struggle for ownership of land and the right to set rules. In the middle of murder, revenge and a little forbidden love do we investigate the questions that seem to be able to escape the family? Do you like? ”.
At the center of the plot is the widow -matriarch of Fiona Nolan and Constance Van Ness, which compete not only for survival, but also for their own beliefs. Other actors include Nick Robinson (“The Jurassic World”), Ashling Franchosi (“Game of Thrones”, “Nightingale”), Diana Silvers (“MA”), Lamar Johnson (“Last of us”), Lucas Till (“McGayver”) and Natalia del Rigo.
