Speaking of the culprit of the accident, Gashenko expressed confidence that the responsibility for what happened lies on the driver of the bus, which did not rest enough before the trip:
“The driver was warned a day in Lutsk in the evening that we were going home after Lviv. He could sleep in Lutsk. In Lviv we had two concerts and he could sleep too because he knew that we were going to the night. He was sitting and telling something, though he had at least four hours before he had.
