She was then explained that she should still take an exam for knowledge of Ukrainian history and get a certificate from the Ministry of Culture that it is important for the state.
On the Migration Service Facebook, its representatives explained what is the reason that Yurina has not yet become a citizen of Ukraine. According to them, during a full -scale war, Russians can only receive a Ukrainian passport as an exception.
These are very rare cases that should have good grounds. In particular, prominent services to Ukraine, military service under the Armed Forces, the State Special Transport Service or the National Guard of Ukraine, receiving a temporary residence permit and minor children.

“Today, the LCA on their site has published an answer to my question. I have no claims to them because they do their work: there are laws and a list of documents. Now I will try to hear a response from the Ministry of Culture so that they would provide me with a request for me to file as a strategically important person for the state,” Yurina said.
