The plane Su-57 with flat nozzles will be offered for export / photo avianewsAt the Dubai Airshow 2025 in the UAE, a model of the fifth-generation Russian Su-57 fighter jet with the new AL-51F1 engines (also known as “Product 30”) with flat nozzles was shown. The relevant photos were posted by Russian resources, in particular, the United Aircraft Corporation.
“Al-51F1 in non-afterburn mode will provide Su-57M fighters with a sharp increase in supersonic cruising speed to 1.9 – 2.1M. Currently, this indicator reaches 1.6 – 1.7M”, Russian mass media write.
Observers assume that the AL-51F1 engines will improve the stealth of the Su-57, reduce operating costs, and also increase the range of the fighter.
It is assumed that the plane with flat nozzles will be offered for export, although it is likely that the Air and Space Forces of the Russian Federation will also receive it.
