Judging by the images, the redesign of the iPhone 17e will mark the end of the era of Apple phones with “bangs”. It will be abandoned in favor of the Dynamic Island cutout. A similar design solution is present in all new Apple flagships, except for the 16e.
At the same time, in order to save money, Apple will keep the same 6.1-inch OLED panel at 60 Hz. This will be the only smartphone from the 17th series without 120Hz.

According to the source, the device will be powered by the next-generation A19 chip, although it may have a reduced number of GPU cores to differentiate it from the standard model.
