His nephew Dennis Teblin reported on Facebook about the stars’ departure of the star. The artist became famous for the whole world thanks to his hitus in 1966 “Dirty Water”. The composition at one time took 11th place in Billboard Hot 100 and even became the unofficial anthem of Boston, USA.
“My uncle Larry Temblin died today. I have very warm memories of him and his family for many years. He lived an incredible life,” the nephew of celebrity shared, but did not reveal the cause of death.
Temblin comes from Los Angeles, USA. He was born in a star family. In particular, his brother Rass Temblin is a famous actor and a star of Hollywood. He starred in the paintings “Westside History” and “Gango Free”. The actress is also the niece of the musician – Amber Tchablin. The woman has played a roles in Buffy – Winner of the Vampires and Dr. Hausi.
The performer began his musical path with a solo career. He released several singles in the 1950s, after which in 1962 he founded Larry Tamblyn and the Standells band. It was participants of Tony Valentino guitarist, bassist Jodi Rich and Benny King Drum. Over time, the team was renamed the Standells.
The band release the following hits: “TRY IT”, “Can’T HELP BUT LOVE YOU”, “DIRY WATER”. The last composition glorified the team to the whole world. It has become a symbol of Boston and now sounds on the Baseball Team Boston Red Sox and the Boston Bruins Hocter Club.
The last album of the Bump team was released in 2013. In December 2023, Temblin was introduced into the California Music Hall of Glory. He received the award from the Rassa Temblin brother.
