It’s official: AFC Champions Kansas City Chiefs and NFC Champions Philadelphia Eagles are headed to New Orleans.
The 2025 Super Bowl takes place on Sunday, Feb. 9, at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans with kickoff time at 3:30 p.m. PT/6:30 p.m. ET. The game will air on CBS and livestream on Paramount+ and Tubi; it will also be available to watch online on live TV streaming services that carry CBS, including DirecTV, Fubo, Hulu + Live TV, and more.
It will be the Chiefs’ third consecutive appearance at the Big Game and the second time the two teams have played at the event. (They last met in 2023 when the Chiefs won 38-35.)
Prices are already soaring for Super Bowl LIX tickets. Gametime reports that top-tier seats are going for as high as $56,409 apiece; as of press time, tickets start at around $3,500. Admission includes the chance to see Kendrick Lamar headline the Apple Music Halftime Show with SZA; the performance schedule also features Grammy-winning musician Jon Batiste, R&B icon Ledisi, Christian singer Lauren Daigle and jazz musician Trombone Shorty. Of course, expect plenty of sightings of Taylor Swift in the Chiefs suite and other celebrity NFL superfans in the crowd, including Eagles supporter Bradley Cooper and Minnesota-bred actors Paul Rudd, Brad Pitt and Jason Sudeikis, to name a few.
For those who want to see the action in person, there are still last-minute tickets and flights available online for the Super Bowl. United Airlines has added 10 direct flights to its routes between Kansas City, Philadelphia and New Orleans, while online travel websites including Expedia are offering special Super Bowl hospitality packages.
Fans are also prepping their fashion games ahead of the Super Bowl. Sports commentator Erin Andrews’ WEAR fashion label recently teamed with designer (and new Real Housewives of New York cast member) Rebecca Minkoff on a limited-edition collection of gear, while NFL WAGs including Off Season fashion designer Kristin Juszczyk (who is married to the San Francisco 49ers’ Kyle Juszczyk) and Brittany Mahomes (a former soccer player and wife of quarterback Patrick Mahomes) have also created chic team merch for stylish superfans of the Chiefs and Eagles.
