In the “Houses” show, the actress, who together with the director Oleksiy Bondar, is raising three children, said that there are a lot of glass elements in the one-story house, so they needed to find a safe place to stay during the Russian attacks.
Even in the first year of the full-scale war, the couple sealed the windows with armored film, and later decided to convert the storeroom, which is located inside the house, into a shelter:
“These are special metal capsules, made to order. We just had a warehouse here, we called the craftsmen and the man drew a diagram. He came up with 30 pieces of metal here, 30 pieces of metal here. It’s like a box. If it is pressed from above, you stay in the box, it will not flatten you. They checked and tested it.”
Tarabarova noted that her children like to play in this room even without an air alarm, but on scary nights she simply moves them there to sleep. There are also places for adults in the shelter room. The singer admitted that psychologically it becomes easier for her when the family is in this space.
It will be recalled that earlier Svitlana Tarabarova moved her subscribers by congratulating her husband on the anniversary of his married life.
