Now the artist, who supports the war, is not in the Russian Federation.

Putinist Dolina paid for lying about Ukrainians - the singer was evicted from her apartmentDolina lost the court / UNIAN collage / ScreenshotsRussian singer-Putinist Larisa Dolina was officially evicted from her apartment in Moscow, ending the case for which she tried to blame “swindlers from Ukraine”.

As Russian Telegram channels report, today employees of the Federal Bailiff Service arrived at the house and made sure that there were no Dolina’s property left in the apartment. The keys were handed over to the new owner of the house.

Earlier it was reported that Dolina left the apartment without handing over the keys, so the new owner announced her intention to involve bailiffs for forced eviction. The singer’s lawyer assures that the locks were not broken, and the artist herself left the apartment on January 5. According to her, the master was indeed called to the place, but to open the safe, which turned out to be empty.

The network writes that the artist could leave Russia and be in the United Arab Emirates, with a possible return at the end of January.

Valley effectAs you know, the conflict between Larisa Dolina and Polina Lurie flared up after Dolina sold her five-room apartment in the center of Moscow in August 2024. The singer sold the apartment for 112 million rubles, but later said that she was the victim of a fraudulent scheme: she was allegedly misled by people posing as law enforcement officers and forced to sell the apartment and transfer the money to “safe” accounts.

In 2025, the case was repeatedly considered by courts of different instances. In March, the Khamovyntsy District Court of Moscow declared the agreement invalid and returned ownership of the apartment to Dolinii. However, Lurie appealed the decision to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

This case caused a wide public outcry, and even came into circulation as the “Valley effect” – cases where sellers try to return the sold housing through the court, citing fraud or pressure from fraudsters.
