Paramount deleted demo peaks Into the Light / Photo – BlueroseteamThe development of the Twin Peaks fan game: Into the Light by David Lynch series temporarily suspended.
According to the authors, on July 17, Paramount demanded to delete demoversion due to copyright infringement. Now the project page on ITCH.io is not available and all files are blocked.
Into The Light was an unofficial game inspired by the Twin Peaks series, made in the style of classic PS1 classic games. The development has been conducted for almost five years by a small team of enthusiasts called Bluerosteam. Demoveria was published in 2023 and since then received positive feedback from fans of the series.
Despite the blocking, the team continued to work on the project for a while, but now it is frozen indefinitely: “We cannot guarantee the continuation of development. Now we will give ourselves a few weeks to think about further steps.”
Bluerose has added that officially demo has never been spread anywhere, but hinted that it could remain unofficial on the network.
Earlier, we said that The Elder Scrolls fans resurrected a closed multi -user game of the series. The servers of The Elder Scrolls Legends was stopped in 2024.
