Packages pile up outside Bianca Censori and Kanye West’s abandoned $35m estate as he hints wife left him in new song

KANYE West and his wife Bianca Censori appear to have abandoned their $35 million Beverly Hills estate amid divorce rumors.

Kanye, 47, has been criticized for weeks over his X rants praising Hitler, insulting Jay-Z and Beyonce’s children, and taking aim at his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian.

He also appeared to confirm a split in his new song Bianca, where he raps: “My baby she ran away. But first she tried to get me committed. Not going to the hospital ’cause I am not sick I just do not get it.”

Aerial photographs obtained by The U.S. Sun show Kanye’s flashy pad with packages mounting up outside the front entrance which have not been taken inside.

The eerie snaps appear to show Kanye and Bianca are not currently living at the home, which was only purchased last year.

Kanye has bought multiple vehicles recently, including two chrome-wrapped Mercedes-Maybachs, but only one black car is seen parked at the estate.

Previously aerials taken around Valentine’s Day showed the grounds littered with trash bags and debris, which has now been cleared away.

Kanye was last pictured in Japan leaving a store on March 29 after arriving the day before.

Bianca, who is originally from Melbourne, Australia, is not believed to have traveled with him.

An insider told The U.S. Sun she was previously staying at the Beverly Hills estate alone while Kanye was holed up at the Chateau Marmont but she has not been seen in days.

BORROWED MONEY Kanye also spent weeks living in a suite at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills after rumors of the split emerged in February.

Bianca is now believed to have returned home to Australia to be with family and friends.

The couple, who secretly married in 2022, reportedly closed on the home in an off-market deal last year under the same limited liability company that he sold his Malibu house.

The 20,000-square-foot home sits on 6.8 acres and has 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms.

It is situated in a gated community filled with celebrities including Adele, who owns a property down further down the road.

Kanye’s abode was designed by celebrated architect Richard Landry, who is known in Hollywood for being the “King of the Megamansion.”

According to the Daily Mail, Kanye “used high-risk mortgage lenders” to fund the mansion.

Filings show the star borrowed a total of $15.5 million for the Beverly Park estate.

The property is jointly owned with his wife Bianca through their firm Shore Drive Holdings LLC.

Troubling began brewing in their marriage after Kanye saw red over not being invited to the Grammys in Los Angeles and only being allowed on the red carpet.

He decided to parade Bianca in front of waiting photographers as she dropped her coat to reveal a barely-there mesh dress that made her appear completely naked.

Kanye took over an old market near Downtown Los Angeles to host an art event for his wife, but many believed the woman who took part was a lookalike.

They have not been pictured together since and Kanye has not denied rumors they have split.

Bianca rarely updates her Instagram account and has never publicly spoken about Kanye, while friends have supposedly voiced their concerns over the marriage.

The Daily Mail obtained a confidential marriage license that stated they married in Palo Alto, California on December 20, 2022.

The U.S. Sun could not find any active divorce case for the pair.

An expert said Bianca will get millions if the pair file divorce papers, much more than the $5 million reported by a news outlet.

“I would advise Bianca to ask for a lot more than the $5 million that was previously reported,” he told The U.S. Sun.

“California is a community property state and without a prenup, she is entitled to half of Kanye’s earnings during the past two years, minus any community obligations. 

“Kanye made a lot more than $10 million during this time.”

Kanye fled the US after a disturbing interview with DJ Akademiks in which he was seen wearing a black hooded KKK outfit.

He shockingly told his friend he regrets getting his ex-wife Kim pregnant as she has refused to meet his demands when it comes to co-parenting.

From underneath a black hood, he said: “That was my fault…

“I didn’t want to have children with this person after the first two months of being with her, but that wasn’t God’s plan.”

The pair share four children; North, 11,  Saint nine, Chicago, seven, and Psalm five.
