Earlier it became known that the 47 separate artillery brigade received the gun “Bohdan-B” Ukrainian production.
The Armed Forces is actively used by Bogdan-B / SrinshotUkraine actively uses 155 mm towed Bogdan-B gun. The corresponding footage was published by the German edition of Bild.
It should be noted that this is not the first demonstration of the artillery system. The general appearance of the gun was demonstrated last year. Meanwhile, it was quite difficult to look at it because the quality of materials left much to be desired.
It should be noted that then “Bogdan-B” was without protective screens. In the new frames, the gun was shown in “full configuration”, along with the screens.

As it was reported, Ukrainian fighters have already conducted deployment and shooting exercises from a new gun.
UNIAN reference. The development of the artillery system “Bogdan-B” media was reported in 2023. The immediate reason for its appearance was that our country could produce more artillery units to “Bogdana” than the Czech company Tatra is capable of making chassis for this system.
The reliable characteristics of Bogdan-B are currently unknown. If we talk about the Basic Bogdan’s Basic SAU, which uses the same gun, it has a range of fire up to 42 km of fragmentation and fugitive shells and up to 60 km actively reactive.
The speed of self-propelled version is up to 5-6 shots per minute. Experts say that the towing version does not have a replacement shells, so the rapid firing rates will be slightly lower.
Whatever it is, Ukraine demonstrates great progress in the production of artillery. Earlier it was reported that our country can theoretically produce up to 40 self -propelled howitzers “Bogdan” for a month.
For comparison, the French produce approximately eight CAESAR artillery systems per month, and the Germans can produce only 5-6 howts PZH 2000 per year.
