The leading roles in the series were played by actors popular far beyond Norway, Tobias Zantelman (“Heracles”, “On the Crest of the Wave”, TV series “Fatherland”, “The Last Kingdom”, “Marcella”) and Joel Kinnaman (“Robocop”, “Suicide Squad”, “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo”, TV series “Murder”, “Altered Carbon”).
Yu Nesbe himself acted as the screenwriter of the series.
The show will premiere on Netflix on March 26, 2026. The first season will have 9 episodes, which will probably be released simultaneously.
