The star, 17, who is following in the footsteps of his dad as an actor himself, was the spitting image of the Hollywood heartthrob, 55, who had his breakthrough role in Dazed and Confused followed by A Time To Kill.
The young media star is the eldest of three siblings and has a sister and a younger brother.
His mum is a stunning Brazilian-American model and designer, and she and her husband often open up about their parenting styles and how they are raising their children.
Meanwhile the nepo baby has already paved the beginnings of his career after earning himself a role in a kids movie titled Way of the Warrior Kid back in 2017.
He appeared as the mini-version of his dad as the duo took to the red carpet of The Lost Carpet premiere to pose for beaming snaps – but can you guess who he is?
It’s Levi Alve McConaughey, the eldest son of Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves, 42.
His parents also share daughter Vida, 15 and son Livingston, 12.
On Friday, the newbie actor joined his famous dad at the star-studded premiere, rocking a smart suit with vest and a white shirt underneath.
Meanwhile the Dallas Buyers Club icon looked typically smart in a buttoned-up brown suit teamed with shirt and black tie next to his lookalike son.
Levi made his Instagram debut as a gift from his parents on his 15th birthday in July of 2023, but mother Camila did admitted she felt ‘nervous’ about the social media account.
Before the big reveal, Matthew and Camila took to the same social media to talk about their present while also being open about their concerns.
Matthew said: ‘Happy birthday Levi Alves McConaughey. Can you believe it? Fifteen years young.’
‘Hey, buddy, your mom is a little nervous today. One of the gifts we’re giving you, yes, we are allowing you today to join the social media universe.’
The married couple admitted that they were discussing for quite a while when they would allow their eldest child to get an account since he was 12-years-old.
Camila said: ‘All his friends have had it for a long time. We’ve been holding up.’
Matthew added: ‘He knows who he is, and he knows where he’s going. I think he can handle it. He’s got a great story to tell and share.’
The Oscar winner then had a personal message for anyone interested in following his teenage son.
The actor sweetly said: ‘I want y’all to know, you’re getting a very cool and respectful young man in Levi McConaughey, and I hope y’all can do your best to treat him the same way.
‘Levi, enjoy the adventure, enjoying telling your story, expressing yourself and what you put out there and the exchange you get with people out there.’
The couple finished off the video with applause as they both said in unison: ‘Happy birthday, go check him out.’
Levi did not waste any time as an hour later he responded to his parents’ social media post with the comment: ‘Mamma and Papai thank you!’
He also went on his feed to share a video montage of him enjoying his many interests which include surfing, cliff diving, skiing, doing volunteer work, and spending time with his friends and family. He captioned it ‘happy to be here.’
