In court, however, the suspect gave up his words, citing pressure.

In particular, prosecutor Dmitry Petliva reported that during the meeting they would investigate the minutes of unspoken investigative investigative actions. He read the text of the conversation – the accused and the companion.
The singer turned to Zinchenko:
“Small, do you say something you got something from it?”
“No”.
“Yes, why did you signed it all if you didn’t even get the money? Well, they killed a person, I realized, well, did you give the cashier whether you did on the basis of patriotism?”
“On the basis of personal dislike.”
“On the basis of personal dislike?”
“Well.”
“Well, what can be personal dislike? Do you mean dislike that she was so coming, that such a point of view was she or how? What do you understand as a personal dislike?”
“Specifically, it was bad.”
“And why? What did she do to you?”
“She spoke bad.”
“It was badly about whom?”
“To my address”.
“In your address?”
“Not specifically on mine.”
“And whose?”
“Russian -speaking”.
At the same time, Zinchenko himself stated that this evidence could not be taken into account and he is unacceptable.
“Because they humiliated my honor and dignity, prompted to admit my guilt, and after I told something to be detached, the pressure decreased. What was said there is not true, I said to be detached and not pressed from me,” the accused said.
The lawyer, for his part, noted that Zinchenko had to be in the camera alone, and asked the persons of those who spoke to his client.
